Tri-State Generation and Transmission (9 projects currently underway)
Latitude is honored to assist Tri-State on many projects since 2008. Our years of On Call General Civil Services” for their Maintenance Facilities in Fredrick, West Pueblo, Durango and Brush Colorado also multiple sites located in New Mexico and Nebraska; Metro Airport Hangar drainage repairs.
A new 38-foot steel footbridge that connects Tri-State’s Northern Colorado Maintenance Center and the association’s Backup Control Center are among a string of facility improvements and building maintenance activities that are keeping Latitude 39’s team and a number of contractors very busy during 2014. The bridge and accompanying concrete work were completed recently.
Tri-State’s Rio Rancho Maintenance Center, in Rio Rancho, N.M., will soon undergo some exterior repairs and improvements, including replacing and improving landscaping, erosion control activities, as well as repaving the parking lot. Latitude 39’s team was responsible for all phases of the drainage, paving and landscape designs at the Rio Rancho field facility.
Also at Tri-State’s Pueblo, Colo., field facility a new and greatly improved parking lot and other site improvements are planned to complete construction this fall.
US Bank and CCREPROS – Special Assets team member; multiple properties
Project services provided written evaluations and assessments of bank owned properties. The sites ranged from 4 acres to 70 acres and were located throughout the Denver Metro and Front Range.
The Craig Building in Historic Olde Towne Arvada
Development /Redevelopment project of an existing 15,000 SF building. Rehabilitation included converting an empty 1942 unused building in the heart of the Historic Olde Towne Arvada district into a successful mixed use project with national and local tenants. Latitude 39 activity interacted with not only with the City’s planning and engineering staff but also the Historic Olde Town Arvada Design Review committee. The rehabilitation project encompassed bringing the building into current ADA requirements but also all new services including fire, water, sewer, electric and gas.
Church’s Chicken Restaurant
Commerce City, Aurora and Denver, Colorado - Planning, Development and Civil Engineering services for national chain fast food restaurant. Tasks included those associated with site layout of store, drive thru and parking facilities, along with engineering of the grading, utilities and detention facilities. Coordinated development team meetings and presentations with city officials, city council and client to obtain city approvals and acceptance with surrounding neighbors.
Denver Mattress Factory
Denver, Colorado - Civil Engineering services for the redevelopment and reuse of an existing warehouse building. Tasks included those associated with site layout of parking facilities, along with engineering , grading, utilities and fire access issues.
Furniture Row Coporate Offices
Denver, Colorado - Civil Engineering services for the redevelopment and reuse of an existing warehouse building. Tasks included those associated with site layout of parking facilities, engineering, and the re-landscaping of the site.
Cherry Creek Business Center
Jorden Centennial, Colorado - Civil Engineering Services for a 6.2 and a 16.18 acre sites of Cherry Creek Business Center Jorden South.
Ulster Storage Facility
Commerce City, Colorado - Three acre storage warehouse requiring layout of warehouse and parking facilities, along with engineering of the grading, utilities and detention facilities. Coordinated meetings and presentations with city officials, city council and client to obtain city approvals and acceptance with surrounding neighbors.
Clear Creek Trucking Company
Adams County, Colorado - Civil Engineering services for a new building to replace the existing structure for office space to an existing trucking complex. Tasks included those associated with site layout , paving of parking lot and water quality.
Direct Transport
Commerce City, Colorado - Civil Engineering services for a new building addition for truck repair to an existing trucking complex. Tasks included those associated with site layout, paving of parking lot and drainage pond.
The Track at Centennial
Centennial, Colorado - Civil Engineering services for the approximately 15-acre The Track at Centennial project. This project is located north of South Peoria Street/Bronco’s Parkway, includes a portion of Parcel 33C and is located within the Centennial Airport and the County of Arapahoe. Tasks included those associated with Initial Research and Sketch Plan Submittal, Development Application/ Preliminary Plat Submittal, Final Plat Submittal and Construction Phase Services.
East 53rd Greenhouse Project
1.2 acre Greenhouse project in the City of Denver. Coordination with specialty reviewing staff at the City and State levels to meet the client’s goals and keep the project moving forward.
