Habitat for Humanity Metro Denver
Denver, Colorado - Planning and Civil Engineering services for a multiple Habitat projects in the Denver Metro area. We were very excited to have been involved in Habitat for Humanity Metro Denver's first LEED Certified project in the Rocky Mountain region! Our drainage design concepts helped attain LEED credits in a number of ways such as bioswales and rain gardens. This Duplex residential project was awarded a LEED Platinum Certification.
During October 2013 Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver hosted the 2013 Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project. The Carter’s hammered alongside all day in Globeville, one of three locations across the country included in the 30th annual Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project. One of the projects was a 5 unit “walk up flats” building that Latitude 39 provided the civil plans for!
South Lowell Blvd Apartments
A 3-acre Denver Housing Authority project that combined existing unit rehabilitation and the construction of a new multifamily building. The parking lot rehabilitation included the addition of a underground detention vault.
Globeville Townhomes
8-acre, Denver Housing Authority (DHA) Project in the City and County of Denver. This development was a Hope VI project that combined Housing Authority units and affordable for sale units in the same project.
The Apartments At Stapleton
Civil Engineering services for the approximately 1.2-acre affordable housing multi-family project in the Stapleton redevelopment area. This two building development was a mix of affordable housing and an unwed teen parent program that matched teens with live in adult mentors to teach parenting skills.
The Denver Brownstones
Denver, Colorado - Civil Engineering services for the 0.9-acre custom 8 unit loft project within the Stapleton Redevelopment project and across from Central Park.
Heather Gardens
Multiple phases of Paving Rehabilitation within the existing 200 acre project.
Kipling Commons
Arvada, Colorado - Planning and Civil Engineering services for the 4.0-acre, 48 unit multi-family project.
Jefferson Estates
Denver, Colorado - Multi-family project located within the Lowry Development Authority. This project included the club house and pool areas in addition to the 600 high end units.
Douglas County, Colorado - Multi-family project located in the Meridian Development District. This project included a 72" storm conveyance and the club house and pool areas in addition to the 642 high end units.
Skyline Ridge
Site Planning and Civil Engineering services for the 4.5-acre which included 6 single family homes and 5 buildings of multi-family within the project. The site drainage utilized the Urban Drainage triangular grass-lined channel and the trapezoidal grass-lined channel at 0.5% to accomplish water quality for the site storm water prior to reaching the pond for detention. This water quality method allows for a smaller pond volume and thus a smaller pond footprint for the site.
Multifamily Affordable Housing - Frisco, Co
Civil Engineering and Development services for the 1.03-acre Affordable Multifamily Housing project. This project is located south of Belford Street and west of South 8th Avenue within the Town of Frisco and in Summit County, Colorado. Tasks included a creative solution for storm water detention. A pond combined with underground detention that released storm water back into the ground to recharge the water table.
