Review construction plans and coordinate with sub-consultants to obtain construction plan approval from government agencies. Represented the client during construction and assisted with Construction Management tasks.

Habitat for Humanity Metro Denver
Denver, Colorado - Planning and Civil Engineering services for a multiple Habitat projects on the Front Range. We are very excited to be involved in Habitat for Humanity Metro Denver’s first LEED Certified project in the Rocky Mountain region! A great project for a worthy cause. Our drainage design will attain LEED credits in a number of ways such as bioswales and rain gardens.
During October 2013 Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver hosted the 2013 Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project. The Carter’s hammered alongside all day in Globeville, one of three locations across the country included in the 30th annual Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project. One of the projects was a 5 unit “walk up flats” building that Latitude 39 provided the civil plans for!
