As owner of Latitude 39 Engineering & Development Consultants LLC, Cathy takes personal responsibility for client satisfaction.
She monitors projects, analyzes problems and participates with the team to evaluate viable alternate engineering solutions to ensure client satisfaction and acquire municipality approvals. She has extensive experience communicating with governing agencies to gain approvals and offers expert land development services backed with a real local knowledge and perspective. She works closely with her staff to assure project budgets and schedules are met and critical resources are identified.
Cathy has 26 years of experience which includes expertise in working with governing agencies to gain approvals, zoning, permitting, water supply design, sewer mains design, storm water management, drainage design, utility coordination and design, roadway design, parking lot design, paving and grading.
Cathy Johnson, President of Latitude 39 was invited to speak at a Urban Land Institute a (ULI) event in February 2012 to kick off the new Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI program). Denver Mayor the Honorable Michael Hancock also spoke at the event. Cathy was invited to speak because of her involvement as a part of the first graduating class and has successfully applied what was learned. CHCKS Development bought a commercial building in Olde Town Arvada and rehabilitated the property into a successful mixed use development.
